AI Radiology Platform: Web Platform that increases productivity and accuracy of medical imaging interpretation. The core idea is the integration of artificial intelligence into the radiologist’s workflow in a seamless and intuitive manner.
My Role
UX architecture, UI design, and product management. The process included a lot of research, prototyping, and user testing. Along with managing a front-end development team based in Ukraine.
Understanding Radiologist's Workflow Pain Points
Radiology is on the verge of a breakdown. The number of studies grows exponentially, the number of images in each test and the knowledge needed to interpret the images grows too. This causes mistakes and delays in diagnosis.
EyetoAI creates a user platform for medical imaging diagnosis. The platform significantly increases the efficiency and accuracy of imaging interpretation. EyetoAI focuses on the integration of AI into the radiological workflow without changing the radiologists’ habits and working methods.
The Process, Research & Solution
The challenge was to create a totally new product without referring to any of the existing similar solutions. The only solution which currently exists and is in use by radiologists - is a simple electronic form, which they fill in manually, basing their answers on the study.
I've tried to create a smart workflow, which will assist the doctor in making decisions regarding the diagnosis. As a layout pattern, I used task management online tools, which seem like the closest solution for the process.

Common Use Cases
Use Case 1: Creating a New Report
The radiologist is about to create a new report.

He clicks the "New Report" button from the Welcome Screen.

The Patient Form screen opens.

Here he should fill in the Patient's Details. Click the Approve button.

Moves to the Study Info page.

Here he should fill in Current & Previous Study details.

After all the preparation process is complete - the Main Report screen opens.

Use Case 2: Continue with the Report
The doctor is starting to answer the questions in order to create a Radiology Report. There are a number of ways for managing the process. Users can choose the preferable way.
The System offers the workflow list of findings & questions according to the user's choices in the Study Info screen (modality type & body area).
User can perform certain manipulations which can assist him to create a better Report:

Specify finding location and parameters.
